Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to us so please, if there are any issues with items that has been received, please call or email us within 24 hours of receipt so the problem can be sorted asap.

No refunds policy. 

Faulty product needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt and will need to be clearly photographed in an email with a description of the fault and we will endeavour to replace faulty item ASAP.

Stock will need to be returned so the refund can be processed.:
